Employment, job seeking and professional activities
We assess the status required for graduates seeking employment, professional workers, and people active in the arts and sports. Alongside the applicant's qualifications, we examine the employer or affiliated organization, actual duties, contract period and payment structure to align the application with the intended activity.
Where a contract is ending, a workplace change or multiple contracts are planned, or a client is moving into an independent business, we assess whether the current status can be maintained and what status is required for the new activity.

Business, start-ups and foreign investment
We advise on immigration requirements and the legal arrangements for operating a business in Korea, taking account of whether it is a sole proprietorship, corporate investment or technology start-up. Our review connects the business plan with the source and introduction of capital, premises, contracts and evidence of actual operations.
For clients considering start-up preparation followed by technology start-up status, we separately assess training, points and mandatory criteria, incorporation and business progress. Foreign investment reporting, capital remittance and establishment matters are reviewed against the investment structure and the nature of the funds.

Family sponsorship and dependent entry
We review visas and sponsorship requirements for the spouse and minor children of a person residing in Korea. We assess how a marriage, parent-child relationship or guardianship established abroad is treated under the proposed status, and the official documents needed to demonstrate that relationship.
Where a case does not fit the usual family sponsorship requirements, we consider the relationship with the sponsor, the purpose of entry, and education and care plans to assess the available status. Any criminal or immigration history is also reviewed for its effect on eligibility and supporting documents.
